Need help IDing this bantam from TSC

The front facing pic came out all blurry so this side pic is all I got for now.

He/she has feathered, black legs (haven't counted the toes) and a black beak. Are we dealing with a silkie here? I haven't noticed the slight afro I've seen on some silkie chicks. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
