Need help!! Lethargic hen , I don’t know what’s wrong.

Update: I went to the store and bought a tiny tube for aquariums cus that’s all I could find and kaytee baby parrot formula. I mixed the formula with water so it was a thin paste and I wasn’t able to use the tube but I was able to give it to her through a syringe in her beak. She consumed 20 ml of the mixture and I’ll give her more later. This was far easier than trying to force wet feed in her beak

Sounds like you found the right thing!
Let us know how she's doing.

I don’t think I ever said but the hens name is Meggy and I’m seeing better signs. She spends a lot of time walking around my room and she flies out of the big box I have her in and she was able to fly up onto the bed. She doesn’t like being fed but she and I both know she needs it. I give her the mixture of parrot formula 3 times a day (20 ml each time). She started preening last night again and her poops are no longer green and of diarrhea consistency. They’re brown and more solid like (still runny a bit) and they still have a yellow color instead of white. She is pooping more frequently though. Her abdomen is still red and making weird sounds but she is definitely better than a few days ago. Here is her from a few minutes ago.
