Need help!! Lethargic hen , I don’t know what’s wrong.

She just pooped twice within 5 minutes and it was still green with a light yellow color, but this time unlike previous days I say a giant roundworm in each poop. I'll go ahead with the safeguard

Yes, I would start the Safeguard right away.

Did you start the Liquimycin too?

yes i gave her an injection last night of it . . . .05 ml. i also somehow found duramycin 10 soluble powder in my chicken medicine cabinet. should i use that or continue with the liquimycin or just stick with the safeguard

If she were mine, I would go ahead and finish the round of antibiotics too since she's not well she may also have infection in addition to the worms.
Your choice - both are Tetracycline. If you haven't opened the Duramycin10 then I think I would save that for another time.

Okay i'll stick with the liquimycin, should i give her 1 shot every 12 hours? also idk how many days i should do it for

alright i think i might stick with what im doing because im worried about overdosing her. also she hasnt eaten in days. this morning i mixed chick feed with water so its almost a liquid and she tried drinking a bit but not much at all. idk the best way to get her to eat.

She's still not eating?
Crop is still empty first thing in the morning?

You can try tube feeding her or try the wet mushy feed again.

No shes not . . . for the past half hour ive been trying to force put wet feed in her beak but shes so resistant and struggles so much. i tried eggs, yogurt, treats, liquified food but she just wont take it. she drinks whenever i offer though. i dont have the a tube to go down her throat and theres no way shell let me do that. she still has stregnth in her. i cant feel her crop because she hasnt eaten in a long time

Will she drink water if you leave it with her?
I would offer water frequently, hopefully the de-wormer will help if she's got a blockage.
I know you looked, but can you look inside the beak again for any yellow or white lesions?

She sometimes takes a sip of water or two when left alone with it. She drinks a lot more when i hold it for her. I looked in her beak and theres nothing inside.
