Need help- list of "uncommon" dieseases

I'm not sure if this is the right place for this thread or not, but here we go.

Okay, so. For my district event presentation, i'm focusing on chicken diseases. However, I don't want to focus on diseases that are really well known. So far, I have canker and aspergillosis. I'd like to do about 5 or 6. So, what are some "uncommon", more, uncommonly known, chicken diseases?

Yolk Peritonitis (internal laying) is not a disease you can catch, but its not well known.
Exotic Newcastle seems to be well known, but maybe not so much around here.
Stargazing is very uncommon, but can result from poor diet, genetics, or problems during development.
One of my roosters just passed because of an enlarged heart and fluid in his lungs, its not really a disease but a genetic disorder.
Candida/thrush
Gout
Coccidiosis (is common)
Scaly leg mites


Some are not really "diseases" in the sense, but are problems that chickens can encounter and can be very serious.
