Need Help My Rooster is lethargic and not active. He lost his appetite Coccidiosis or Sour Crop?

Thanks all the rooster that died is the one on my avatar . His wet poop was yellowish and I put some DE at the bottom of wood chips in his pen. I was told it was food grade but not sure. The feed store had it in a paper bag. Could DE (Diatenacious Earth). Kill him?

The DE didn't kill him or any mites, lice, worms, etc.
