Need help on Lavender Orpington gender question

I have a lavender Orpington and I am not sure if it is a hens or a roster.
I looked online and I can't figure out...

Can someone help me figuring out what gender it is?

Except that I can't keep a rooster where I live. My neighbors will not tolerate when he crows .
What makes you think it is a cockerel? I tried to figure out and cockerel / pullet look really similar at that age.

Very red comb and wattles, stance, thick legs shanks, long narrow hackle feathers and the beginning of pointed saddle feathers.

A spitting image of mine when he was that age. The wattles, the comb, the feathers, and the way he is holding himself!

Not sure. I would say 3 months maybe 4.
