Need help picking which rooster to keep... Breed advice please

Must have accidentally posted the wrong photo then, because the first picture is most definitely not the same bird as shown in the next two pics.
Sorry for the confusion, I hadn't even really noticed how much he'd changed from that first picture to the other two until now.

One more question... Is it better to deal with all the extra roosters at once and let them deal with the big change in social dynamics or to remove one or two at a time as they display aggressiveness or cause problems with the hens?

That is totally up to you. Just remember that every time flock dynamics change, they do go through and adjustment period. They'll get over it and won't be traumatized for life, but they will need to adjust. When I know I have roosters to get rid of, I like to do it all at once, just because it's done and over with for me. I don't need to set up and clean up more than once.

We're going to be dealing with the extra roosters this weekend. I think we're going to keep the Brahma mix. He's big, but seems to have good manners with the girls from what I can tell. He tidbits often and is perfecting his rooster dance. He even lets the girls say no. If they aren't responding by the time he's about halfway around them he'll stop and head away. He may come back a few minutes later to see if they've changed their mind, though. Anything else I should be looking for?
