Need help please

Trying to hatch eggs in incubator day 21 was Thursday and friday i heard the babys chirping and have not heard anything else there was no piping or havent heard nothing else. Incubator was set for 99.5 degrees and 55% humidity for the first 20 days then i put humidity on 73% after that what did i do wrong....

The heat might be too low so it's taking longer to hatch....

Can you candle a couple to check for movement?

Have you calibrated your thermometer? Also, that humidity sounds high. Were the air cells the right size?

What incubator did you use, still air or forced? Do you have a separate thermometer or were you trusting a digital thermometer/thermostat in the incubator?
