You can dump the water. The optimal % during incubation is somewhere in the 50s or 40s.

Thanks! I just dumped the little bit of water that was in there. I candled 4 and it looks like they're all developing from what I've seen in pictures.

Today is day 24 and one hatched. I understand it can take up to 28 days so I'll give it a little more time. I was about to put new eggs in last night when I heard the chirping from one egg (wait I'm alive! . I hope a few more hatch over night but there is 0 activity in there from what I can see so far. Who knows though!
