Your humidity looks way higher than 73%. I would be very skeptical of the control's accuracy. Please get another thermometer/hygrometer, calibrate them, and try setting incubator conditions by that. Also, you might well need lower humidity; they won't hatch well or at all if the air cell is too big or too small.
