Ok thanks i think he might ran out of oxygen cause he didnt bust the air hole in shellI looks like they died before they absorbed the yolks. (They generally don't hatch until the yolks are fully absorbed and the blood vessels are dried up.) I don't know what could have caused them to die, though. Sometimes it's because the humidity is too high in the incubator. Sometimes they can run out of oxygen (or so I've read). Pretty sure there are other reasons, too. I haven't hatched using an incubator for years, so I can't give you any other ideas.
Their heard was at the big endThe ones that were peeping had broken the membrane into the air sac. Were their heads toward the big end or small end of the eggs? Sometimes they are positioned wrong and can't hatch. But the yolk being unabsorbed makes me think that they died before they even started trying to peck their way out of the eggs.
