Need Help Please

I have four Buff Orpington chickens one roo and 3 hens and they are not eating much at all one is very sick their gauls are not full at all and i have been feeding them peep starter food and they run all the time is there anything i can do to help them out and make them better .

how old are they? describe the symptoms of the one who is very sick.

they are between 8 to 9 months old
she acts like she is trying to lay a egg but cant and all she does poop a little and that is it i dont know what else to do for her please help
