Need help quick!!! Lethargic hen, bleeding from head, hard crop.

To me that's not green, but it is lose. I usually see stool like that if it's hot, they've had too much water or they have an infection, but infection could be bacterial or fungal, which are treated with different medicines.

Can you take her or a fresh poop sample to a vet?

You're right, that poop was not green, but many times it is. She is kept in my basement (which is the same room as my woodstove), so as you'd imagine it can get pretty warm down there. The temp close to the stove is about 80*, the temp where my hen is staying is likely cooler than that because she is farther from my woodstove and lower to the ground.
It is much too cold for my hen to be outside (single digits), so she has to stay in my basement for now.
Do you think this temperature would cause poop like that? And smelly poop too? She doesn't appear hot. She does breathe through her mouth occasionally while sleeping, but it doesn't look like she is panting to me.

Do you think the vet I take my dog to might do a poop sample for my hen?
I don't know of any bird vets around here. Also, I don't want to pay an arm and a leg for a poop sample. But I can at least call and see how much it may cost.

I keep my "room" at at least 80 and don't see too many lose poops. Call your small animal vet and ask them if they'll look at the poop for you. Be sure to tell them you don't want any advice or medication and maybe they'll do it. They would need to see her to offer advice or sell medicine, but if they can just look at it I'm sure we can tell you what to buy. Baytril would probably be the best choice for an antibiotic and fluconazole or ketoconazole for yeast and all can be purchased online, but it migh just be cheaper to have the vet look at her if they will?

Does any of her poop look foamy?

Sometimes the brown part may be slightly foamy. But the majority of it is just very runny and watered down. I can always tell when she poops because the smell alone hits me. I was in the basement today (about 10 feet away from the poop) and I could tell almost right away that she had pooped. It's that stinky!!

Foamy and/or stinky can mean coccidiosis. Do you have any Corid? It sure wouldn't hurt to treat her with it.
