need help quick!

This is my first time trying to hatch and I have 200 GG eggs coming today. I turned on the incubator 2 days ago and the temp flucuates from 95 to 99.7. Will this affect the hatch or is this normal?

You should be fine. Just try to keep the temp at the 99 level as much as possible.

Also you have a circulated air incubator right? If you have a still air the temp should be 100-102

temps look good, i'd try and move it just SLIGHTLY higher, maybe 98-100, that would be perfect
