They are all girls. If you had any boys, they would have more iridescent and pointy feathers by now. Even the silver laced saddle feathers would be very skinny and pointy. The buff laced would be a very dark gold if it were a boy.

Nah, Nat, I do think it is a girl. They boys look a lot different than girls in the coloring, even from a hatchery. At 15 weeks the saddle feathers would be showing and there would be a lot more black on it.
they look like all hens. the Polish hens have pouf hair and the roosters have long rock-start style hair. I will take a Polish! (I have one named Alice)
