need help sexing 5 week old Blue Marans!

I dont have a photo at the moment but that little one turned out to be a pullet also. 12 weeks now and the comb and wattles havent grown a bit since those last photos I posted

Immediately after I posted this I started to notice how thick the legs are, are those pointy sickle feathers coming in!?!? Oh no, I hope I dont have a slow developing cockerel.

Any idea on this girlish guy? Hesh is 8.5 weeks old. The body tells me puller but his reddish comb seems roo to me??!?
