NEED HELP!!! SICK CHICK!!!

to me it looks like a young large breed bird that is just slower in feathering, that is except for the 1st pic (which looks like a injury - most likley caused by being picked on) I have raised similar looking large breed chickens before - some never did fully feather before they were big enough to butcher.

Yeah, but his feathers curl up! That can't be natural! It has to be some kind of defect or something.

Well it certainly doesnt look like a frizzle... it reminds me of pics used for illustrating the feathering abnormality associated with Malabsorption syndrome (first article has a photo showing an extreme feather abnormality assoc with this condition ):

Reo virus is often involved:

I had a bird (minimal feathering involvement) that I was pretty sure suffered a less virulent form and I had to keep supplementing his diet for about a half year till he finally got over it (I would suggest you give aviaCharge 2000 >you can purchase online from McMurray) as a basic support measure to help ensure against any sever nutr/vit or micronutrient deficiency.
