Sorry haven't dealt with a slipped tendon before (and not sure if this is a case of that), but definitely looks/sounds improved with the vitamins. At least she's getting around. She may continue to need vitamin supplementing on and off but you'll need to play that by ear, by seeing how she does.

It looks like in the video that her hock joint seems loose. It is difficult to figure out if a chick has a leg bone deformity such as varus or valgus deformity, slipped tendon or what. I might try reinforcing the leg and hock with tape or vet wrap to support it, but be very careful since vet wrap can slip and become too tight.

What has @Jsnai done so far for treatment? Have they been giving B complex for riboflavin B2? Here is a thread about a slipped tendon in a peachick. The pictures on the first page are good, but after post 12 is where they had vet help:

This is a good article about slipped tendon in general, how to tell if it is slipped, and how to treat:

They were doing just vitiam b so told them to switch food and give vitiam b complex...and then today after her taking a downfall I told them to try and give her riboflavin

Any riboflavin will work, if it is in chick vitamins, baby vitamins, or human B Complex tablets. Just a little is needed. Riboflavin tablets by themselves might have a ton of it, as much as 400mg, so only a little is needed. Tell them just to use the b complex or a chick multivitamin, but make sure the vitamin has riboflavin listed since some, especially Nutridrench does not have it.
