Need help...Think I got new castle or IB....now what?

I have 3 almost three year old Hens. I have noted one egg having strange issues with bulls eye soft tip. wasnt sure which hen was doing it. However as of today all three have very messed up eggs. The pictures of IB eggs look like the ones I found today. So now I have a bigger problem. I bought 6 new chicks 5 weeks ago at TS. So I need some guidance OOHH and the babies are housed seperate. Have not shared living space or food and water with the 3 older girls.
1) Should I just vaccinate the chicks as a precaution? If so, when and how often?
2) I live in MS. Is there a way to know what vax to buy and where?
3) How do I treat my 3 older hens now?
I have had really crappy luck with chickens. Im just so sad. At this point eggs are only a second concern. I just want to save my flock. ANY help is much apprecatied!

So I've read and read about IB. I think that's what is wrong because all 3 hens had this badly misshapen egg, wrinkled eggs today. From what I've read it so easily spread it doesn't matter that I've housed my chicks separate. And to make matters worse I did have one of adults in close proximity to the chicks while I was checking her over. ( my chicks are in my bathroom at present)
So if in a couple days I'm some how blessed enough for the chicks to have no symptoms I'd like to vaccinate them. I'm still a bit confused if I should use live or killed vaccine. I don't know if TS carries either or where I'll have to look from there.
It's all odd to me because only one hen has had a off egg for a while and I honestly thought it was a calcium issue. But suddenly find all 3 eggs wrinkled and misshapen I can't find any other cause. I'm feeling very cursed because I have a few farmer friends and they don't vax and have free roam flocks and don't have these issues.
Again any advise on what to do now would be great
