I am currently in day 3 of incubation with the NR 360. It' not the first time I have used it and I generally have no issues at all. So here is my issue...
I set the NR 360 up last Monday to verify all was in working order. Everything checked out: humidity and temp stable for the entire week and turner was working. I set the eggs in the NR Saturday evening and reset the time / day to day 1. No issue there. Yesterday evening, day 2, I realized that the incubator was no longer turning. I followed the directions for making a manual turn and still nothing. This is a pain but it really isn't the problem. The problem is that somehow while trying to do a manual turn as per the instructions, the set temp went from 99.5 to 100.5 and I can't get it to go back down. I am uncertain if the "-" button isn't functioning or what. I tried do a manual reboot of the incubator by unplugging it for 2 minutes then plugging it back in. Initially when it started back up the turner moved enough o turn the eggs a quarter of a turn. However the temp did not rest to 99.5 and I still can't get it to go back down. And the turner never moved again after the initial one at start up.
I attempted to call the company today to see if anyone could help me trouble shoot it. Unfortunately due to the C19 everyone is working from home and you have to leave a message and hope that someone will get back to you. Well, its been nearly 7 hours since I left to message and I haven't heard from anyone.
So, does ANYONE that is familiar with the NR 360 have any suggestions? I can tell you that I have tried everything that is in the directions that have come with it. The room has been a constant 75 - 80 degrees and 32 to 45% humidity ( I have been keeping track of this 3 times a day since last Monday). The air vent to the room is closed.
If you need any other info just ask.
Thanks for the help
