Need help. What breed is this and is it a Rooster?

Need help. What breed is this and is it a Rooster? I just recently heard it starting to crow very early in the a.m. but I'm still not 100% sure since this is my 1st time raising them. As you can see in the video I have 5 others and they aren't developing as much as this one of course so that's making me think more it's a Roo!

Age? Could you get better pictures of the saddle and tail feathers area? Looks like a cockerel but the feathering is throwing me off. Definitely a barred Rock.

I got them on May 30th so I would say they're about 12 weeks old?
