I'd worry more about your nest box falling off. It doesn't look like you have any framing around it. It looks like plywood attached to plywood. Not sure that will hold up. Maybe I can't tell from the pictures, so if I am mistaken, please pardon the comment. Otherwise, looks like you've a nice little coop under construction.
I would put the roost on a diagonal. Looking at the first picture, I would run it from the corner of the far wall (the only one with no doors, windows or nest box on it) across to the wall with the nest box. I would make it even with or slightly higher than the bottom of the nest box. You can put the end of the roost on the nest box wall either before or after the nest box, depending on how many chickens you plan to keep in there. Use the flat side of a 2x4. Rounding over the corners is also nice, but not absolutely necessary.
Are you planning to cover that insulation board with plywood? If you don't, the chickens will pick it to shreds, which probably won't be very good for them.
As for ventilation, you can drill some vent holes along the top and bottom with a 2.25 inch hole saw (for drilling holes in doors for door knobs) and cover them by stapling 1/2 inch hardware cloth (welded wire) over them. There are other ways, but that would be the easiest considering how far along you are with construction. If you are real handy, you could build into your roof some wire covered soffits.
Good luck and post some pics of the final product.
