Need help with 4 day old chick

My baby chick has some kind of growth on her breast. It kinda feels like what a wart feels like. I doesn't seem to bother her but I'm worried.

Does the chick eat and drink well?
If so, I wouldn't worry about it.
I am not sure what it could be and i can't offer any advice on what to do with it.
I would just leave it alone and see what happens.
