Can someone give me any flock managing tips or tricks?

I'm not sure I can help you with general flock management and marketing, other than BE SURE TO PRACTICE GOOD BIOSECURITY. If you are selling chickens, people may want to come look at them. If they already own chickens, they may bring diseases onto your property. You need a procedure to make sure this doesn't happen. Disposable booties for all visitors? That's my $0.02 on the whole thing, I don't have that many chickens, so I can't really offer much more.
