need help with a rir not doing so well

so i have one of my rir not doing so great. it started about a month ago she was laying really soft shell eggs, there is ouster shells in the coop at all times for them to eat. then within the last week and a bit she hasn't laid at all and now tends to walk a little but tail feathers are always down, sits down and closes her eyes a lot and has almost 100% waterie poop.her gullet feels empty. she drinks lots though. she is free range and still picks at the grass and some bugs when shes out though. i will put a picture of her up along with her most recent poop and hopefully someone can help me out. thanks

she will be right around 1 year old

no, none of my chickens have gone through that, but they werent very old in the fall so could be why
