Hi! Do you know of any article/studies that have been done that show that backyard chickens/eggs are "safer" to eat than store bought? Particularly in regard to salmonella poisoning? I have a sister-in-law who is is a germ freak and she was trying to tell me today that she has read online that all chickens/eggs have the same risk. If anyone knows this you guys would!
