sound like a nice bottle but that is a huge bottle for 2 buttons. 38 ounces is almost half a gallon! thats alot for my cage.

How big is your cage? The bottle is actually on the small side, taking less room than your typical chick drinker. Here is another video for size comparison. The coturnix quail chicks in this video were about the size of an adult button. The bottles are all the 38 oz. size. I hope you find the solution you're looking for.

I use a finch flight cage, half tall, but my concerns is the amount of water, I change my buttons water twice a day in the summer and every morning at least in the winter. I just have 2 as they are just pets. I use one of these:


it works great!
I could see using one of these in a brooder with lots of chicks but be careful or you might see this:


only with drown chicks. lol

It looks like a great system if you have plenty of chicks or birds to tend.
