need help with breed and sex of my duck

I recently inherited 2 ducks hoping they were both female. I know the white crested one is but I can’t figure out the buff colored one. He/she is very small and they are siblings around 3 months of age.

I think so too! My husband keeps saying HER tail is curled but I don’t think so. The problem would be if she wasn’t a girl I would have 3 boys to one girl. I have a male Rouen and Cayuga already.

Buff crested drake, Possibly a mix. too much green on bill and chest is starting to darken like a drake, The one in the back in also a drake. I highly suggest getting rid of one drake and add 3 more hens for your drake, Otherwise your only hen will be very stressed and get over-bred and eventually lose all of the her feathers on her wings, neck, and top of her head..

bill color, feather color, and by voice is how I sex my ducks, The easiest way to sex them is by their voice, The females with have a full on quack by 12 weeks and the drakes will have a deeper almost like a whisper sounding quack,

Looks like a drake in the first photo due to having a dark breast and green bill.
