he has leghorn in him for sure i have a white leghorn roo and he has those "highlighter yellow" ear lobes but im not sure what he really is brown leghorn cross is my best guess...

It's really hard to say with mixed birds. Recessive genes are just swimming in the mixed ancestry. I'd say it's worth a try to see what you get!
