NEED HELP with day old baby

hi all,
I had to help a baby hatch out yesterday. He seems to be doing great today, although he still has a lot of dried gunky stuff on his back, guessing from the yolk? Anyhow, should i leave it? or try and clean somehow? the others are kinda picking at it.. ache looks yucky. but eating, walking, chirping and drinking..

Warm water will help! It's not a big deal as long as it doesn't restrict movement!

Okay.. thanks no movement is restricted, guess i will leave it, til he is a little older, and stronger! )
