Need help with dogs attacking

animal control...normal here is three phone calls about the same topic and being called out they take the dog, and the owner has to be in court to get it back.
Now, you can do it the country style with a bit of humane twist and cover up your scent and hide in theEDIT pen with a paint ball gun for a few nights. If they keep coming back freeze the paint balls.
That or if you want to go completely humane, lemon juice in a spray bottle, squirt the eyes, nose and mouth

You basically have to educate your self on the laws and make them do thier job and enforce it! you are a tax payer. If you are loud persistent and a pain in the *** the will get out of the Good ole boy club and do something!
