Should I worry about bacteria in her oviduct? She was in a dirty coop. Idk how long she was bound.

That dark is a dark purple.
She has some fight again. Still kinda floppy/lethargic but she is talking a little and can stand as opposed to before she laid the egg.

Do you have any antibiotics on hand? The worry would be that some of the contents of the egg spilled inside. Egg is a great medium for growing bacteria, so...if you have antibiotics it wouldn't be a bad idea to start her on a round.Okay I'll just do that. Should I try mixing it into some yogurt?

I would check her just to make sure she has no lice/mites too. Is she breathing o.k.? The purple is likely from frostbite since you said her comb was frozen. I would not handle the comb at all unless you have to.
You can give her a little bit of yogurt no more than 1 Tablespoon. The peppermint TUMS is fine too. Is she drinking? After she is hydrated see if she will eat a little.
Is she pooping?
I mean, not really. Can you go to the store and get some calcium?
That can be used on wounds, but cannot be used for reproductive tract infections.I have neosporin
I'm no expert on the subject, but I think bacteria can enter at both ends and be produced by eggs sitting too long.My understanding of this situation is that it’s caused more by bacteria flourishing from within, because of egg matter decomposing within the hens reproductive tract, not so much from bacteria creeping up “into her” from the outer world but I’d like others to chime in on this.
Found the Tums. Crushed up half a tab and mixed it into the egg she is eating. She likes the egg.Okay. As soon as it warms up I think you should add some calcium to your first aid kit.
These are what I keep on hand:
