Hello everyone!
As the title says I'm looking for advice regarding my hens whom skin started to turn orange/brown under the wing.
First of all I have to say that I went to my vet and she prescribed a treatment with antibiotics into the drinking water for nine days. Three days have passed since I started the treatment, but the situation has gone worse.
I separated the sick hens from the healthy ones, but the healthy hens have started to get sick as well. Also the condition of the sick hens doesn't seem to improve from what I've observed and now I'm starting to question if this treatment is really working.
I'm looking for any advice from people who have gone through a similar situation and saved their chickens at the end of the day, since I'm feeling hopeless at this moment.
And it would also help me if you could tell me the name of this disease, since the vet just gave me the prescription without telling me the name.
