In addition to the other advice, make sure your thermostat is not directly against the styrofoam. Leave a space. Also, make a water wiggler if you don't have one. put some water in a ziplock bag, roll it up and tape it. You can get a thermostat/humidistat with an indoor and outdoor temp. at Walmart. Stick the wire lead with the sensor on it for the outdoor temp into the water wiggler and set the thermostat based on that temp not the air temp. Air temp fluctuates alot more than the internal temp of an egg.
