If it's upper respiratory, if you can bring your bird into a warm area a few times a day, there is a treatment that is SUPPOSE to work well - fogging with Oxine (mixed only with water - not the activating crystals).

When the weather permits I fog my coop and roosts with it. So far I've had no problems in this area!
