need help with my hen

just went outside to put my chickens up and found one of my hens laying on her back breathing very heavy with feathers
everywhere. I can't find any bite wounds all I can see is her back is bloody from the feathers that got pulled out. I don't know what to do for her. I have her wrapped in a towel in a box in a quiet dark place. Any advice would be most appreciated. Could my roo and other hens of done this to her? Never had a problem with them before.
