So, I am starting a new blog that will focus on the following. Emergency preparedness Traditional foods ( grassfed and pastured meats, back yard chickens and eggs, wild fish, hunting/gathering, real lard, raw milk, cheese and butter, lacto fermented veges, gluten free recipes, fermented cod liver oil.........you get the idea ) Food allergies Food storage I am stumped as to what I want to call it. It needs to be short, but a really cool name that is easily remembered. My mothers food blog is www.seedsofnutrition.com Another fav of mine, is www.cheeseslave.com Her tag line under her blog name, is "For the love of cheese. And bacon. And butter. And raw milk. And all those other things we're not supposed to eat." I need a title and tag line that is equally interesting and memorable. If one of you comes up with one that I end up using, I will make sure and give you a bit of limelight ETA: I should have mentioned that I am heavily involved in the movement to return our country to traditional foods. I teach classes on cooking TF and will soon be conducting classes through the co-op we belong to, on emergency preparedness and sustainability, with an emphasis on working with food allergies in this realm. Update: I had my mother in law also scratching her head for a name, and I fell in love with one of the ones she came up with. Thank you to those of you who had ideas. I appreciate it much. Here is the link to the blog. http://sustainablefirstfruits.blogspot.com/ Its empty at the moment, but if you are curious about it, stick it in your favorites, as I will start transferring all my food related posts from my main blog today. Oh, and it will have an Alaskan tone to it, as we live, hunt, fish and grow in South Central Alaska.
