need help with niacin supplements

I just sprinkle generously on their food 2-3 times a day (depending on whether I work late or not). I'm at the beginning of week 2, and so far, no problems.

No, it's not NutriDrench, I bought that also lol It's in a smaller bottle and its powder, not liquid

Edit: I can't find it on their site. I'll have to look at the name tomorrow.

I only sprinkled mine on every other day and they turned out just fine

Well i couldn't find anything at TSC yesterday so i'm just going to have to order something for them instead.

I have always used niacin and the flush free kind because I didn't know there was a difference when I bought it. I have not had any ill effects and have had no bone problems for almost 2 years.

I just open the capsule into a bowl, crush up the powder a bit and mix it with water. I have a 5 gallon jug (the water cooler type) which makes it easier. Down here, you can buy the jugs at the grocery store for like $5.
