Need help with possible diagnosis

Can someone tell me what this is? No other chicken in the flock has this and she seems to act like a normal chicken

What is your location? It may be an ear infection, tick bite, peck wound with bruising, or a tumor. Can you look for her ear opening, and use a QTip to see if there is any discharge? Does it feel firm or soft?
