need help with sick chicken

I need help and I was told you all could help me as your really smart with chickens. This chicken belongs to my daughter and won't stop crying over her. I found the chicken two days ago being picked on and weak to the point she can't walk.
I noticed two days ago she wad warm and maybe had a infection. So I started her on tylan oral for chickens. Friday still not walking but eating and drinking. I went to tractor supply and bought poultry cell, poultry nitro drench and robotics along with electrolytes. This morning she is still laying down. Not walking but is eating, poopy butt and laid a egg that is so soft like jelly. ... any ideas what she has what I should do or give
