Can you post more pictures of his full body? Side, top and front view?
And the feet and head
I tried to take as many as I could but he still panic and freaks out when I try to hold him or move him around.

I’m not going to be much help with the head issue but if your bbys still alive give the little guy a bath with some hot water and epsom salt to help relax and clean the feet, if the foot is injured slap some triple antibiotic ointment on it. maybe have a heatlamp on them tonight to help dry off and stay warm.

looks like they might just have their head tucked up and it’s not rly twisted, I’m tempted to suggest you gently Push the head so the neck is normal but if it’s actually twisted that could make things worse. if their behavior seems funky and they don’t eat or drink I would probably risk it, and dip their beak in some water.

good luck! I hope their doing better

Is the leg injured at all?

I would not soak this fella, if there's a wound, then clean it with saline, chlorhexidine or similar, then apply triple antibiotic ointment.

The neck twisting may be from trauma or hitting it/flailing about to get free or possibly he had an episode that caused him to get caught in bedding - unless you were there to see it, hard to know.

Anyway - treat for Wry Neck which is a symptom - give 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4 tablet B-Complex daily along with a little egg. See that he's drinking well and eating his chick starter.
Silkies are prone to have neurological symptoms when stressed or injured.
