Need help with sneezing duckling

I have 3, two week old black east indies ducklings. I noticed one was starting to sneeze yesterday. They still have towels for bedding that is changed twice a day. Can I give Terramycin to them? If so, I usually put 4 tsp. per gallon of water for my chicks that might get sick, but I don't think that amount is correct for ducklings? Can anyone help? Thanks

Let me start by saying I'm no duck expert!

My ducks sneezed some when little, and still do once in a while. Generally it never became a problem... except my pekin had discharge coming out of his nose, so I gave all the ducks some Terramycin. That cleared the discharge right up and the pekin grew to be a large loud duck.

That said, according the directions on my Terramycin package, the dosage was 2-4 tsp. for poultry. I dosed my ducks at 3 tsp. per gallon with 1 tbl spoon of sugar mixed in, and that cleared up my pekin's snotty bill pretty well.
