need help

If you are near a TSC they carry the flock raiser it is made by Purina

Also i buy Nutrena All Flock at my local Hardware store (trueValue) but oyu may be able to call around your area and see who sells what brands

none of mine let me touch them and run and scream like i am going to murder them
but i am very hands off and didnt put the time into hand raising them

even tho flock raiser is for up to 13 week old its ok to keep using it?
i look for the nutrena all flock.
mine dont run screeming but they move away quietly quacking

Have you compared the ingredients in the All Flock? I'm sure it was when I was new here (so now I know all advice isn't actually accurate lol) but seems I read something bad about the All Flock feeds. (not flock raiser, just all flock -- that there was a difference)

My call ducks are actually getting better, the older they get. This morning when I let them out, they actually ran over my feet to get through the gate! lol

yep but with girls you would have to supplement calcium for egg laying but you dont have to worry about that

Flock Raiser can be used from hatch all the way to end of life.

Yep, I much prefer flock raiser for everyone. Wish the price hadn't skyrocketed on it! But alas, I still buy it.

Yep and yep!
It's all I use until adult... some of my female adults prefer the layer pellets so I fill some bowls with it, but flock raiser is my preference... directly from hatch... with just boys, that is all I would ever put out... :)

im sorry for all the questions... now that my boys are going into their house to feed (both at the same time now) would it be acceptable to install a drop down door to "trap" them in there at night, seeing the temp is going to be dropping soon and they are still spending the night on the lake or in the swampy area of the yard, or will this traumatize them? After all i am still trying to gain their trust after their prior life
