Need help!

He should be pretty active by now.
Unfortunately there's not much you can do but watch and wait. :hmm
Well I think they get up and do stuff then lay down for like 5 minutes then walk around and do stuff again for like 10 minutes and repeat. Right now they are eating and drinking water again

That sounds normal then.

You’ll be incubating quails or something else? Did your lchicks ever sleep with there legs stretched out? It looks like they are dead but they are just lying down. When I saw that I freaked out

So far I'll be incubating probably a couple quail, some chickens, several batches of ducks, and one batch of geese. :)
I only have Bobwhite Quail though, they're pretty different than Coturnix.

Bobwhites are gorgeous! I can’t find a breeder anywhere around here! I also want to give ducks a try but I have to drive kind of far to get them. One of these days I’m going to get some duck eggs. How many bobs do you have? Are they all from your own hatches?

Where about are you located? I would be willing to ship some Bobwhite eggs from my birds to you if you're interested!
Ducks are fun, but very messy. I love them though.
I have 15 Bobwhites currently, 12 are mine and 3 belong to my sister.
I ordered hatching eggs two years ago from a breeder in NC, and hatched them myself. I ordered 12 eggs, got 15, 13 hatched. I raised them all, then gave away 11, I kept my favorite pair. Last year I hatched 10 chicks from them, and got the PERFECT ratio, by some miracle. 5 cocks and 5 hens. So I have 6 pairs all together. They're great little birds. But they are very aggressive during breeding season, and must be separated into pairs. They require a fair bit of room too. But I have plenty of room so they're easy to separate.

I’m currently in California! And yea I would definitely be interested! I can pay for shipping! Gosh yours are perfect! Those look like photos you would see in like a picture frame for advertisement at the store! I hope I can get my little ones that big! What made you want to start raising them?
