Need help

Hi there I work at children's nursery female peking duck has been nesting there is 10 eggs 1 got dropped and the shell has been broken the duckling is formed and was moving I brought it home to keep warm and to help it along the way.
5 eggs have hatched today at nursery. The one I have is open and looks dry and strinked wrapped we have been keep it in the moist towel and kept warm. He was slowly moving today but has now stopped. I don't know what to I don't know if it's alive or has not made it.
