Was she standing yesterday? The reason I ask is that chicks can have splay leg after hatch and you would have seen this yesterday. If you think she has splay leg you will want to tape her legs up so she can strengthen the weak muscles. Here is a good website that talks about splay leg...

You can use bandaids as well. If you don't do this and the chick does have spraddle leg, it will die eventually. If you think this just happened to the chick, and it injured itself, then I would put her in a separate small brooder. Sprinkle food all around her so she doesn't have to get up to get food. Keep the water really close as well. You can pick her up and dip her beak in the water once an hour so she stays hydrated. Keeping her separate will allow her to heal and not get trampled by the other chicks. She will heal faster.

here some pics of our chicks we got last Monday from TSC! We had got 4 silver laced wyndottes and a mix of 6 new hampshire reds, red sex-links, and RIR!

She probably got hurt somehow as it doesn't look at all like splay leg. I would keep her separate in a small area. You can always partition off your brooder too with the heat lamp in the middle of the two sides. She needs to be alone so she doesn't have to compete for food or water. Again, I would sprinkle food all around her for now and keep the water nearby. Dip her beak every so often so she can stay hydrated. If you keep her like this, she should heal in about a week.

Make sure it is not broken. GENTLY feel the leg to make sure it is in one piece. Keep her quiet for a week and see how she heals.
