NEED IMMEDIATE HELP ADMINISTERING TYLAN 50

I have sick birds and am considering Tylan 50 or 200. What is the best way and amount to use?

My chickens are 3 - 5 months old and I can weigh them.
Since you can with them, give Tylan 50 at 0.05 ml per 100 grams or 0.2 ml per pound 3-4 time a day.

What are they sick with?

I don't know what they have. Some have recovered by using Neosporin. But they symptoms most notable is the puffy eyes and white discharge. That is where I used the Neosporin. Then there is the liquid poop. Some I have heard them poop and the poop does shoot.

So I know it is a bacteria because of the positive results from using Neosporin.
