Yes that's very great but why do you think that happened to them? I don't remember my tiny ones having wetness like that. Just curious.

I was using a plastic bottle that I horizontally as a water dish, so when they stuck their beaks in the water, it'll touch their necks and their face and it'll just dry like that under the heat lamp. Well that's my theory anyways but I've changed the water bowl and the one that I bathe doesn't seem to have any wet, clumps of down
