NEED IMMEDIATE HELP!!!

I have had them pip the bottom before and hatch fine. If they pipped, they should be able to do it. I would check and make sure the membrane is broken so the chick can breathe. Would not go further though, so as not to risk the chick. If you see ANY blood, stop IMMEDIATELY and apply cornstarch. I have succesfully assisted many chicks, but did assist one too much. So long as it can breathe, it should be able to hatch fine.
Good luck!

Thank you so much i broke the shell a tiny bit around the hole and pulled a little piece of membrane out of the way and now i can see the little beak!!! No sound yet but it is moving! Thank Heavens :)

Yay!!! Just had a batch of @ 80 eggs hatch and had to assist two. One shrink wrapped, another positioned wrong. She should be fine, pipping the wrong end is one of the easier fixes.
If you can see the beak she can breathe, so the rest is up to her! She should get out just fine now :)
Good luck!
How many eggs have you got hatching? Hatch days are so fun, and never get any less exciting!

Well this is my very first hatch ever I started out with 6 eggs from my Easter Egger pair. And now I am down to the last 2, 3 made it to lockdown but one died in the past couple days. :( But I am still excited because I Got A Pip!!! My very first one :) I also have 3 eggs left from another lady that just gave me 9 of her Jersey Giant eggs. They were pretty much all brooded/ incubated before I got them and took themon a 3 hour drive. Either way I got 3 still alive and they are due next Wednesday. And yes I can see her beak when I opened it she started moving her little beak like she was wanting to peep but no sound I think she just needs to rest. Again Thank you so much for your help :) I wanted to make sure I could help before I did and compromised her hatch.

Lol, I stayed up all night my first hatch too! I got to see my first chick hatch, a beautiful gold laced Polish chick, who grew into a beautiful hen! Three years and countless hatches later, it's still soooo exciting on hatch day!

some chicks may take time to hatched
as it is a tiring process
it may take 1-3 days to hatch

my chickie pipped on day 19 and hatched on day 22
now she is a black broody hen

Still no zipping but she started chirping. And her sister egg has been jumping around quite a bit, without a pip yet. But hopefully we will have 2 little chickies in next day or so :)
