Need Info on Cats/Kittens

I'd have to agree with Karen on a female and about 3-4 weeks old.
Congrats, mom and kitty look healthy.
If the other kitties are still outside are you allowing the mother to go out and feed them? If they are the same age as the one you found then there is no way they can eat anything on their own out there unless you're leaving cat food out and they are able to find and eat it.

Oh yes! We are leaving her out for a few hours and in for a few hours. There is only one other kitten and it is FAST but we will figure out how to catch it eventually

Well Lucas tried to catch the other kitten a bit ago (I am at work) and there is also an orange tabby too, so thats 3 kittens total. I have no idea how to catch them though, they are so fast and we don't have a trap

California natural is about the best food for the price and all my cats have done wonderful on it. I've also had good luck feeding it to kittens. It's the top of my list. Much better than purina kitten chow. Evo causes stomach upset in all my animals and I wouldn't try feeding it to kittens partially for that reason. Felidae is good but I've yet to find a cat that liked it. A half starving stray will of course eat anything but my spoiled house cats won't touch it. They go steal the dog's food before they eat that. For anyone who can't find a pet store that sells some of the other brands mentioned here feed stores often carry pinacle or chicken soup (both dog and cat foods) which aren't bad. I used those when Iowa got so horribly flooded and I couldn't get to a petstore.

Canned food has been shown to be better for cats than dry food for a number of reasons. The thinking that dry is better for their teeth has been disproven many times and even if it wasn't the benefits to canned out weigh any negatives. However canned gets too expensive for most people feeding quality food to multiple cats. Mine just get canned evo 95% venison or california natural a few times a week.

You can borrow havahart traps from vets, shelters, and sometimes feedstores. If the kittens are old enough to eat solid food I have lured some into a carrier with something smelly like canned tuna. Set the carrier against their hiding place with the food in it. Let them eat out of it a few times and when you think they have gotten used to it enough not to be too jumpy sit quietly nearby. When they go in step up and shut the door or if you can't do that fast enough flip the carrier upright and quickly close the door before they jump out. We end up with feral kittens around here all the time have gotten quite good and surprising them and scooping them up. You want to catch them as young as possible so they are easy to tame and will be more likely to settle into a good home somewhere.

For age how blue are their eyes? If their eyes are still blue they are no more than 4weeks. If they have changed to another color they are at least 4weeks. Try this site for more on aging: http://www.kittenbaby.com/age.php
